We are looking for a Research Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in College Park, MD.

Research Support Specialist – Level 1
Research Support Specialist provides administrative and basic security support to ensure efficient daily operations within a research environment. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, and government stakeholders, supporting both administrative functions and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support for research activities and facility functions.
  • Coordinate visitors, travel, meetings, and special arrangements for VIP guests in collaboration with Government staff.
  • Answer phones, greet and log visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Procure supplies and materials to support research lab operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between organizations (e.g., government, academic, and contractor teams) to support researchers with administrative needs.
  • Perform basic security functions, including maintaining visitor logs, processing clearance information, and serving as an alternate point of contact for security matters.
  • Prepare facility planning reports and support facility-related documentation.
  • Manage and maintain time accounting systems.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, facility tours, and travel arrangements, including expense tracking.
  • Recommend administrative procedures in alignment with Government-approved processes.
  • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation management.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel to schedule facility maintenance and support operational readiness.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting operations in a structured or regulated environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with basic security procedures and administrative systems is a plus.
  • US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

We are looking for a Reverse Engineer to join a growing team in the Annapolis Junction area supporting mission-driven work in complex, high-priority environments.

The Reverse Engineer will analyze software and firmware to understand functionality, identify vulnerabilities, and support mission objectives. This role involves working with compiled code, binary artifacts, and system behavior to uncover exploitable conditions and enable both offensive and defensive capabilities.

Depending on level, this role may include developing custom tools, conducting advanced vulnerability research, and leading reverse engineering efforts across complex systems and architectures.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reverse engineering of software and/or firmware to analyze functionality and identify vulnerabilities
  • Analyze compiled code, binaries, and system behavior to identify malicious or exploitable conditions
  • Perform static and dynamic analysis in support of mission objectives
  • Support or develop tools, scripts, and methodologies for exploitation and vulnerability discovery
  • Apply low-level programming and debugging techniques, including assembly-level analysis
  • Collaborate with mission teams to support operational and technical objectives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Coursework must include algorithms, computer architecture (not network architecture), programming methodologies/languages, data structures, logic/computation, and advanced mathematics
  • Experience with reverse engineering, binary analysis, debugging, and/or software/system engineering
  • US Citizenship and active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required 

Level 2:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with reverse engineering of software or firmware
  • Experience with low-level programming and assembly language
  • Experience with debugging and binary analysis

We are looking for an Operational Language Analyst (Russian) to support SIGINT operations through the processing, analysis, and translation of voice and/or graphic language materials. This role contributes directly to mission success by enabling the extraction, interpretation, and reporting of critical foreign language information.

OLAs perform a range of cryptologic language processing tasks including translation, transcription, and gisting of foreign language materials. More senior levels contribute through quality control, mentoring, and advanced analysis of complex language data.

Core Responsibilities (All Levels):
  • Process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations
  • Translate, transcribe, and gist foreign language materials into clear, idiomatic English
  • Identify and extract essential elements of information (EEIs)
  • Support mission reporting through accurate and timely language analysis
  • Utilize standard tools and databases to support analysis and reporting

Requirements:


OLA Level 1

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ILR Level 2 in Audio and/or Text Translation (within 2 years)
  • 2 years of cryptologic language processing experience
    • At least 1 year with translation/transcription/gisting as primary duties
  • 1 year typing on an English keyboard

In this role, you will architect, design, and implement innovative cloud solutions that harness the full potential of modern cloud technologies. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and decompose requirements to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures aligned with mission objectives
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced cloud solutions with a strong emphasis on resilience, performance, and industry-standard security practices
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve system capabilities and enhance performance

  • Demonstrated expertise in AWS environments supporting multiple classification domains (e.g., IL5 to IL6+)

In this role, you will design, build, and operationalize robust and scalable data pipelines to enable secure data brokering and exchange across diverse producers and consumers. You will work hands-on with AWS cloud environments, automation tools, and modern data frameworks to drive reliability, performance, and innovation across distributed data ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-based data pipelines and supporting infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to broker and exchange data through APIs, S3, and other secure interfaces
  • Operationalize data pipelines leveraging Python-native and AWS-native tools for ingestion, transformation, and delivery

We are looking for a skilled Senior Database Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, with a focus on AWS cloud services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven applications and analytics, ensuring efficient data flow and accessibility. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile project management setting and possess a strong background in data management and processing. The position is in Herndon, VA.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and managing database systems, particularly focusing on AWS RDS for PostgreSQL and SQL databases
  • Managing data structures and load routines to support application development and support application users
  • Working with reporting tools like Power BI
  • Developing and interfacing with Application Program Interfaces (APIs), supporting application development teams, and leveraging AWS environments for database and application support
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile project management setting and possess a strong background in data management and processing
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated database experience preferably with PostgreSQL and SQL databases
  • Proficiency in working with views, triggers, and stored procedures
  • Strong knowledge of SQL scripting, database indexing, and optimization techniques
  • Experience in developing and interfacing with APIs
  • Experience in developing, creating, and modifying data structures and load routines for business use
  • Expertise in working with relational data, including cleansing, transforming, and processing structured data
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
  • Experience working within an Agile project management framework
  • Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams, including client staff, IT customers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
 
Desired Experience:
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and Generative AI models and algorithms
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges using AI technologies
  • Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and GenAI
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Data Migration Services

  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our high-performing team on a dynamic, mission-focused program. In this role, the Cloud DevOps Engineer will architect, build, deploy, and sustain a robust cloud environment featuring Kubernetes clusters that host a wide range of software development, data processing, and mission applications. This position offers hands-on opportunities to work with containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native platforms in support of the mission.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Architect, build, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms supporting containerized software applications, data processing pipelines, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Build, enhance, and sustain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Helm, Kubernetes, Harbor, Nexus, and related technologies.
  • Deploy, orchestrate, monitor, and troubleshoot workloads across development, test, and production environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems engineers, software engineers, data scientists, analysts, project managers, and other engineering teams.
  • Assist developers and system administrators in understanding Kubernetes architectures and platform capabilities to support future mission enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, platform, and application issues and provide operational support to mission users.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation including system documentation, processes, procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance scalability, security, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Work alongside other engineers to sustain and advance the organization’s cloud and platform capabilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, and experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Kubernetes in cloud or on-prem environments
  • Demonstrated experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Strong experience with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, and configuration formats such as JSON and YAML
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Linux-based systems and performing shell scripting
  • Understanding of PKI, TLS, and X.509 authentication mechanisms
  • Experience supporting large-scale software deployments and CI/CD pipelines in production environments
  • US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
  • Understanding of GitOps principles and tools such as Flux and ArgoCD
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting GPU-based workloads, including CUDA
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX
  • Hands-on experience with software development and programming in Python
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth and Keycloak
