Responsibilities:
  • Experience developing applications using programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, Python, and related scripting languages.
  • Experience developing in Windows and UNIX operating environments.
  • Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Jenkins and Bamboo.
  • Recommend and evaluate new technologies and processes for complex projects
  • Analyze user requirements to determine software design and performance specifications.
  • Design and implement complex algorithms and database interfaces/queries.
  • Manage the integration of legacy software systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Make recommendations for optimizing overall performance.

  • Experience leading teams, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.

Requirements:
  • Minimum fourteen (14) years experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, Python).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will deliver Tier-4 engineering and O&M, modernize services across on-prem and multi-Cloud environments, and collaborate with network and security teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier-4 engineering support and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Design, implement, and sustain enterprise virtualization and compute platforms and associated services.
  • Develop engineering artifacts including designs, implementation/migration plans, build guides, and runbooks; brief technical review boards as needed.

Job Description

Ops Consulting is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support mission-critical cybersecurity modernization efforts. This position plays a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and integrating complex systems. As a key technical leader, you will guide systems engineering activities, drive security-by-design strategies, and collaborate with elite cybersecurity teams to defend against emerging threats.

The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for constructing, annotating, and publishing results throughout Phase 1. This includes configuring Docker containers to operate various AI models within both classified and unclassified networks and ensuring that CSSP monitoring tools can effectively observe these systems. They will dedicate considerable effort to integrating our AI detection capabilities into existing CSSP security tools, including developing custom Splunk data inputs, formulating Suricata rules for AI traffic patterns, and creating automated workflows within the IC. A significant aspect of their responsibilities involves bridging the gap between the AI domain and security operations, assisting CSSP analysts in comprehending system behaviors when AI functions deviate from traditional applications. Additionally, they will document all processes in accordance with systems engineering standards to ensure traceability of requirements from testing scenarios to actual security objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • A current government clearance, a background investigation, and a polygraph examination are required.

  • Understanding of AI/ML workloads and resource patterns

Job Description

We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to join a growing team in multiple location such as Annapolis Junction, MD and Salt Lake City, UT. 

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities.
  • Sound understanding of the principles and methods of exploiting communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
  • Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence information and building target profiles
  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
  • Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques; analyze DNI data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements
  • Identify intelligence gaps and evaluating the intelligence gathered in order to either tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years demonstrated experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) as a Target Digital Network Analyst. 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
  • Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing customer tools.
  • Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
  • Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
  • Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.
Security Clearance:
  • A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration, tuning, testing and advanced level storage troubleshooting in support of virtualization products such as VMWare, Xen, and Solaris containers.
  • Configuration, tuning, testing and advanced level storage troubleshooting of cloud-based implementations, such as HADOOP. 
  • Configuration, tuning, testing and advanced level storage troubleshooting in support of RedHat, Suse, and Solaris operating systems, as they relate to the file service and FC connectivity.
  • Demonstrated experience as a storage architect.
  • Installation, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting and administration of:
  • SGI IRIX based operating system
  • SGI systems with direct attached and FC SAN storage
  • Network appliance clusters with direct attached and FC SAN storage
  • Network appliance and SGI IRIX supported applications
  • Multi-vendor clustered file systems such as GPFS, Lustre
  • Brocade FC switch network
  • Enterprise class arrays
  • Solid State Disk (SSD)
  • NFS/CIFS based server/storage appliance
  • HPSE
  • Data Domain and similar deduplication products
  • Cloud-based storage solutions such as HADOOP, and IBM BigInsights
  • Trouble ticket management using Remedy.

Requirements:
  • 10 years’ experience (with degree or 15 without) in a large and complex IT environment providing industry and government recognized functional expertise with the skills listed above. 
  • US citizenship and an active security clearance required
