Responsibilities
  • Analyze digital network data to discover, analyze, and document malicious or unauthorized activity using SIGINT and computer network defense resources.
  • Identify and report intelligence derived from metadata; document malicious TTPs; and develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
  • Level I: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or Associate’s degree with 4 years of clearly related, in-depth experience.
  • Level II: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3 years; or Doctoral degree with 2 years; or Associate’s degree with 7 years of clearly related, in-depth experience.

We're looking for a highly experienced IT Program Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a mission-focused program manager who brings broad technical fluency and strong leadership experience to the management of complex IT systems and programs. This role demands someone who can drive programmatic rigor, integrate technical solutions, and partner effectively with the Customer’s personnel, contractor staff, and external vendors in support the mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Bring programmatic discipline to the management of complex IT systems, ensuring structured governance, clear milestones, and rigorous tracking of deliverables, risks, and dependencies across all program activities.
  • Oversee the integration of systems and management of technical programs, coordinating across engineering teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive cohesive execution and ensure technical solutions align with mission requirements.
  • Handle sensitive data with discretion and sound judgment; apply established policies and best practices to safeguard information while consistently achieving mission outcomes in support of Customer objectives.
  • Lead the gathering and vetting of new technical requirements, engaging stakeholders at all levels to elicit, document, and validate needs, ensuring requirements are feasible, complete, and aligned with program scope.
  • Identify and define requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercises; coordinate with Customer staff to ensure technical readiness and effective exercise execution.
  • Provide technical leadership across assigned programs, guiding teams through complex problem-solving, facilitating informed decision-making, and serving as a trusted advisor to Customer personnel on matters of IT capability and program execution.
  • Actively cross-skill and backfill for teammates to maintain continuity of program operations; mentor team members and contribute to building a versatile, resilient workforce capable of sustaining mission-critical programs.
  • Leverage Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams to support program operations, collaboration, device management, and identity governance across the enterprise.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal and communication relationships with all levels of Customer personnel; deliver clear, concise, and audience-appropriate briefings, status updates, and technical communications to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with Customer staff, contractor personnel, and external vendors to coordinate program activities, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all parties involved in program delivery.
  • Participate in the development of technical equipment specifications, translating operational requirements into detailed procurement and configuration standards that support program objectives.
  • Partner with external vendors to develop vendor quotations, evaluate pricing and technical proposals, and support the acquisition process to ensure cost-effective and technically sound procurement decisions.
  • Strategically oversee programs to proactively identify issues and dependencies; surface risks and blockers to Customer staff and work to resolve them as prioritized by the Government Task Manager with input from Customer’s leadership.

Requirements:
  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or systems in government or Intelligence Community environments
  • Demonstrated experience bringing programmatic discipline to complex technical systems, including governance, milestone tracking, and risk management
  • Proven track record integrating systems and managing technical programs from requirements through delivery
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive data with discretion, sound judgment, and consistent adherence to applicable policies and classification requirements
  • Experience gathering, vetting, and documenting technical requirements in support of IT programs or mission-focused initiatives
  • Experience identifying technical capability requirements and constraints in support of training and educational exercises
  • Demonstrated technical leadership experience, with the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams and inform Customer decision-making

  • Experience with enterprise IT modernization programs, including cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure deployments
  • Background supporting large-scale, multi-vendor IT programs with complex integration and interdependency challenges
  • Experience with IT financial management, budget tracking, and cost estimating in a government contracting context
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or other iterative development and delivery frameworks in a government program context

Analyze and evaluate malicious code to create technical reports for indicators of compromise and to recommend mitigation and detection actions. Work to continually improve current malware analysis techniques and identify new ways to improve malware identification best practices. Conduct research and training on comprehending emerging malicious code threats.

Responsibilities:
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity.
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience with malware analysis.
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience with tools such as GHIDRA, SYSInternals, FireEye AX, or similar technologies.

The Master Machinist is responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining specialized equipment and assemblies to support advanced research initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee machine shop resources, including tools, equipment, and materials.

Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic program in a world-class operations facility. The program requires a candidate who can support a broad range of fast-paced, quick reaction program requirements. The candidate will provide mechanical systems commissioning and energy related services for all phases of new construction and retro-commissioning projects by ensuring all phases of a facility’s life cycle from design to operations and maintenance (O&M). They will work with Electrical engineering and software controls to plan, draw, and implement the installation and recap of IT infrastructures. Candidates in this position will travel up to 25-30% OCONUS.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for multiple mechanical systems, to include analysis and reporting of mechanical data and metrics
  • Maintain documentation pertaining to the various projects, design drawings, technical reports, and engineering activities
  • Support functionality and provide engineering analysis for the Customer’s mission critical OCONUS facility

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of mechanical engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited ABET University in Electrical Engineering or other STEM-related field
  • Analyze data from the site’s monitoring system to assist design development, site expansion capabilities, or determining inefficiencies
  • Ability to calculate and develop cooling requirements for either new or existing facilities
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment to include but not limited to; Chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled), pumps, computer-room air conditioners (CRAC/CRAH), Fan-Coil units, In-Row Coolers

Requirements:

  • Extensive Systems Engineering experience supporting large-scale programs with relevant professional experience providing Network Engineering support and training commensurate with network engineering curriculum. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a total of sixteen (16) years.

  • Cloud & AI Infrastructure: Architect and operate Cisco Cloud & AI Infrastructure (CAI) solutions, including data center fabric, AI/ML networking, and high-performance compute connectivity; support integration of AI workload infrastructure into enterprise and hybrid cloud environments.
  • MPLS & Transport Services: Design and deliver MPLS/BGP transport services; manage integrations between service provider and customer environments.
  • Network Security: Enforce security controls including next-generation firewalls, VPNs (IPsec/SSL), ACLs, network segmentation, and Zero Trust architecture; collaborate closely with Cybersecurity teams on policy and compliance.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Networking: Architect and manage SD-WAN, SDN, and NFV solutions; design and support hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including connectivity, routing, and security policy enforcement.
  • Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code: Automate network provisioning, configuration management, and validation using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and similar tools; integrate with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
  • Network Access Control: Deploy and manage NAC technologies (e.g., Cisco ISE) to enforce endpoint compliance and control access to sensitive network segments.
  • Network Management & Assurance: Administer enterprise network management platforms; leverage AI/ML-driven analytics, telemetry, and assurance tooling to proactively monitor performance, identify anomalies, and drive rapid issue resolution.
  • Operations & Incident Response: Serve as the Tier 3/4 escalation point for complex network incidents; conduct root cause analysis, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and performance tuning.
  • Documentation & Stakeholder Communication: Produce and maintain network designs, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and change management documentation; deliver technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentorship & Standards Development: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to organizational standards, engineering playbooks, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-grade IP networks
  • Deep expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS) and switching technologies (STP, LACP, VTP, 802.1Q)
  • Expertise with Cisco Cloud & AI Infrastructure (CAI), including data center networking, high-performance compute fabrics, and AI/ML workload connectivity
  • Proficiency with Cisco platforms across routing, switching, security (ASA/Firepower), and data center product lines; experience with additional vendors (Juniper, Palo Alto, Aruba) a plus

Swift is looking for a Network Engineer to join our high-performing team on a dynamic, mission-focused program. In this role, the Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures in direct support of the mission. This position offers hands-on opportunities to architect enterprise-scale network solutions spanning LAN/WAN environments, advanced SDN technologies, and multi-data center configurations. Candidates can choose to work in either Warrenton, VA or Tysons Corner, VA.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex network architectures based on customer requirements and industry best practices, including LAN, WAN, and multi-data center configurations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including Cisco ACI, Cisco DCNM, OTV, and VMware NSX to support enterprise operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security, leveraging deep expertise in routing, switching, and network protocols.
  • Develop and maintain configuration plans for Cisco ACI design, planning, implementation, and testing across multi-data center environments.
  • Analyze network traffic using a variety of tools to assess security-related events and support rapid identification and isolation of incidents and outages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT disciplines, including Storage, Platform, and Application teams, to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure problems.
  • Create architectural design solutions and present them to client stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Drive project-based development of new network capabilities through the full lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain boundary security solutions with exposure to enterprise network architecture and NextGen Firewall technologies.
  • Develop unique solutions that meet customer requirements and align with industry best practices, including network programmability and automation.
  • Maintain systems documentation and support compliance and audit activities, keeping customers informed of incident progress, changes, and coordinated outages.
  • Provide technical mentorship to other engineers and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to resolve issues outside normal business hours.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, and experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting and designing IP networks and associated technologies in enterprise environments.
  • In-depth understanding of networking including routing, switching, network monitoring, and management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SDN engagements built around Cisco ACI, including design, planning, implementation, and testing in multi-data center configurations.
  • Experience designing, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting network technologies and protocols including VXLAN/EVPN.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills specific to network connectivity and security, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining boundary security solutions and enterprise network architectures.
  • Professional familiarity with the customer’s enterprise networks and Cisco ACI technology.
  • US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Desired Experience:
  • Experience with Network Access Control, segmentation, and security compliance standards.
  • Experience with site-to-site VPNs and/or remote access VPN solutions.
  • Network programmability skills for automating network tasks using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Python, and REST APIs.
