We are seeking Software Engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, document, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting a secure, large-scale, multi-tenant Linux computing environment. These systems include high-performance compute platforms, distributed data processing pipelines, workflow orchestration services, operational data flows, and full-stack web applications that manage access to enterprise resources. Work may involve processing-intensive analytics, automation tooling, containerized microservices, real-time systems, data repositories, and platform integrations. Engineers work independently or as part of Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions supporting mission-critical workloads.

The Software Engineer Level 2 Core Responsibilities:
  • Experience with developing or working with software in a LINUX environment
  • Experience with C++ and Java programming languages
  • Experience with the following scripting languages, including Shell, JavaScript, Bash, or Python
  • Experience in network programming, including socket development or IP based applications
  • Experience with Git
  • Exposure to Docker  

Qualification:

Qualifications:
  • Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance required.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer level 3 to support the development of advanced data processing and analysis solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting and software development skills, with experience working across diverse data formats and system-level technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Object-Oriented Perl and other scripting languages
  • Develop and optimize Bash scripts and command-line pipelines to support data processing workflows
  • Utilize Docker to build, modify, and manage containerized applications and environments
  • Analyze, parse, and manipulate a variety of file system structures and formats, including executables, registry hives, SQLite databases, LevelDB, Apple plists, and XML
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions

Responsibilities:
  • Platform & Service Development: Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices in a Java and Linux based environment.
  • System Architecture & Scaling: Contribute to the architecture of largescale, distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
  • Cloud & Deployment: Develop and deploy services in cloud environments.
  • Database Engineering: Work with relational databases to support high volume, data driven applications.
  • Containerization & Runtime: Build, optimize, and operate containerized services across the platform.

Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed system design.

Swift is looking for a skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Herndon, VA. The Architect leverages DevOps expertise and will be responsible for deploying and maintaining multiple development teams’ AWS infrastructure along with utilizing CloudFormation and Ansible to automate the deployment of the entire infrastructure. They will manage all scripts and templates in GitHub utilizing git for version control, assist security with implementing security controls to ensure compliance, and actively monitor servers and infrastructure for issues while setting up and maintaining Jenkins pipelines.

Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of relevant DevOps experience
  • Experience managing Elastic Load Balancers (ELBs) and auto-scale groups with AWS EC2
  • Experience setting up alarms, dashboards, and alerts with AWS CloudWatch
  • Experience managing files and permissions in AWS S3
  • Experience building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation using YAML templates
  • Strong Linux troubleshoots skills
  • Bash scripting experience
  • Ability to set up, build, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience using Ansible for server automation
  • Strong knowledge of git and version control for IaC in GitHub
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Desired Experience:
  • Setting up API Gateway and AWS Lambda functions
  • Experience working with SQS and SNS
  • Experience with setting up and managing Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Experience with working with multiple teams
  • Experience working in an Agile work environment on two-week sprints
  • AWS Certified

This role contributes directly to mission success by enabling the extraction, interpretation, and reporting of critical foreign language information.

OLAs perform a range of cryptologic language processing tasks including translation, transcription, and gisting of foreign language materials. More senior levels contribute through quality control, mentoring, and advanced analysis of complex language data.

Core Responsibilities (All Levels):
  • Process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations
  • Translate, transcribe, and gist foreign language materials into clear, idiomatic English
  • Identify and extract essential elements of information (EEIs)
  • Support mission reporting through accurate and timely language analysis
  • Utilize standard tools and databases to support analysis and reporting

OLA Level 1

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ILR Level 2 in Audio and/or Text Translation (within 2 years)

Job Details:
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations, with responsibilities across accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger activities. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP and FAR, and supporting senior accounting leadership on audits and regulatory requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing
  • Support semi-monthly payroll processing, including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end close
  • Support accounting for government contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M) in compliance with FAR
  • Assist with maintaining and improving internal controls and accounting procedures
  • Support external audits and DCAA requests by preparing documentation and schedules
  • Assist with incurred cost submissions and other compliance-related reporting
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and financial data integrity
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with FAR or government contract accounting
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a small or mid-sized business environment
 
Preferred Qualitifcations:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
  • Experience in a government contracting environment
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar payroll systems
  • Exposure to DCAA audits or compliance processes
