We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to join a growing team in multiple location such as Annapolis Junction, MD and Salt Lake City, UT. 

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities.
  • Sound understanding of the principles and methods of exploiting communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
  • Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence information and building target profiles
  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
  • Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques; analyze DNI data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements
  • Identify intelligence gaps and evaluating the intelligence gathered in order to either tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years demonstrated experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) as a Target Digital Network Analyst. 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
  • Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing customer tools.
  • Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
  • Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
  • Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.
Security Clearance:
  • A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

We are seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to join a growing team supporting mission-driven work. This role focuses on analyzing digital network data, developing target profiles, and enabling collection strategies to support operational priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity and develop comprehensive target profiles  
  • Apply principles and methods for exploiting communications systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate intelligence  
  • Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence and support target development efforts  
  • Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis  
  • Perform sustained target analysis using DNI and DNR analytic techniques to identify follow-on collection opportunities  
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend adjustments to current or future collection strategies  
  • Support target discovery, development, and collection triage activities  
  • Utilize analytic tools and customer systems to run queries and extract mission-relevant data 

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) missions as a Target Digital Network Analyst or in a related role
  • Experience with software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development
  • Ability to run DNI and DNR queries using customer tools
  • Understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing
  • Foundational knowledge of SIGINT collection
  • Experience supporting target discovery and collection triage

OPS Consulting is seeking an HPC Technical/ Functional Expert to work in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Job Description: The HPC Technical/ Functional Expert will design, maintain, configure, optimize and provide advanced level support to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of HPC systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced-level troubleshooting, tuning, and support for:
    • HPC infrastructure and associated applications including Nagios, xCAT, failover software, and compilers.
    • Distributed computing environments utilizing RES, LSF, and SLURM workload managers.
    • Enterprise Linux operating systems, specifically Red Hat and SUSE.
  • Administer and support high-performance parallel file systems such as XFS, GPFS, and Lustre.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for system performance, resource utilization, and fault tolerance.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
 
Required Skills:
  • 10 years’ experience working in a large complex IT environment providing functional industry expertise with the skills listed above.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
    • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 15 years of experience working in a large complex IT environment providing industry functional expertise with the skills listed above.
  • Experience with HPC MPP systems
  • Experience with enterprise Linux operating systems, specifically Red Hat and SUSE

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced network support across all locations, encompassing system-level design, architectural planning, and enterprise-grade security implementation.
  • Design and maintain secure network boundaries, leveraging datacenter virtualization technologies and infrastructure spanning CAN, MAN, and LAN environments.
  • Utilize packet capture and analysis tools to monitor and troubleshoot network performance.
  • Configure and optimize TCP/IP protocol stacks, routing and switching protocols, and stateful firewall systems.
  • Implement and manage Layer 3 and Layer 4 access controls to ensure robust network segmentation and security.
  • Perform hands-on physical installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, load balancers, and security appliances.
  • Design and architect enterprise-grade security solutions, datacenter virtualization environments, and CAN/MAN/LAN infrastructure with a focus on scalability and resilience.
  • Lead the development of secure enterprise boundaries and datacenter architectures, applying best practices in network security and segmentation.
  • Create detailed system diagrams and deliver high-level technical presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experienced in packet capture software.
  • Provide expert-level support for Cisco-based networking equipment, ensuring optimal performance through advanced troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in installing, configuring, and supporting a wide range of network technologies, including:
  • Cisco IOS, CatOS, and NxOS
  • Network filtering and access control mechanisms
  • Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, and HP Openview
  • Cisco routers and switches, F5/Cisco load balancers
  • Infiniband, Juniper devices, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and IPSEC-based VPNs

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years’ experience demonstrated within the Department of Defense (DoD) in Network Engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, System Engineering or related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of experience total is required in Network Engineering.
  • Must have datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and IPSEC virtual private networks.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
Security Clearance:
